Helpful Information for Patients and Visitors
Hospital visiting hours are from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. To protect the health of our patients and health care providers, only two visitors per patient — one visitor at a time — are allowed for the duration of the patient’s stay. Visitors will be screened upon entry. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to visit at this time. All visitors will be screened; those who are determined to be a potential risk will be turned away. Visitors are expected to follow verbal and/or posted instructions such as signs that indicate No Visitors or Isolation.
Out of abundance of caution, a masking policy is now in place that requires everyone who enters a UF Health facility to wear a mask. All visitors will be issued a surgical mask when entering the building and the mask should be worn at all times. This added precaution ensures all individuals in our hospital facilities are masked even in common areas.
Self-parking for patients and visitors is available in front of the hospital's main entrance as well as near the Advanced Surgery Center entrance. Courtesy carts driven by dedicated volunteers are available most days to provide transportation to and from the parking areas and the main entrance. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee.

Cafeteria and Cafe
The hospital cafeteria is located on the second floor. Guests can enjoy an extensive assortment of food items from the salad and deli bar, grab-and-go display, and hot entrée menu. In addition to the hospital's main cafeteria, a cafe is available on the first floor (next to the Gift Shop/main lobby) serving a smaller menu as well as freshly baked cookies!
