What's the difference between the electronic health record portal and your online patient account?
The electronic health record portal gives you access to some of your health information such as diagnostic testing results, diagnoses, treatment plans and prescriptions. Your online patient account is a resource for answering your billing questions, viewing up-to-date account information and paying your bills online.
What information is available through the electronic health record portal?
The information available through the electronic health record portal includes portions of your medical record, such as the results of any diagnostic testing like lab results, and x-rays. It also includes your diagnoses, treatment plans and prescriptions.
Who is Change Healthcare?
Change Healthcare is a recognized leader in developing and supporting key improvements in healthcare information technology. They provide the platform and security for our electronic health record portal.
Does it cost anything to view my health records online?
No, it is free to register and use the electronic health record portal for The Villages® Regional Hospital.
Why doesn't all of my health information show up on the electronic health record portal?
The electronic health record portal was launched April 15, 2014. Only records for hospital services after this date are accessible through the electronic health record portal.
How can I get a copy of my complete medical record?
For information on obtaining a complete copy of your medical records, contact our medical records department at the hospital where you received care.

Option 2: Request records by mail
If you would like your records mailed to you, please complete this form and mail it along with a copy of your driver's license or other government-issued identification to the address below.
